Century 21 O’Byrne Realty Realtors, Hugh O’Byrne, Jan Matson, Bob Donovan, Pam Schmidt and Phil Scott, recently attended a continuing education workshop in Rochester about forms called “What Goes in the Blanks and Why?” The workshop offered a complete look at the Minnesota Purchase agreement forms and addendums as they just changed Sept. 1. Also new this year is lease contracts and forms. Instructor Wayne Gilbert became a realtor in 2002 and works the residential real estate market. He is an attorney specializing in real estate law. Gilbert is an instructor of real estate continuing education classes and is active on several committees at the Minnesota Association of Realtors. -- Submitted
