Mike Larson, president of Innovance Inc., and Scott Peterson were presented with a recognition plaque for their generous contribution to the Albert Lea Family Y. Scott Peterson, an Innovance employee and longtime Y member, recently rebuilt roughly $2,000 worth of weight equipment for the men’s weight room. Thompson, who spent a few weeks rebuilding the equipment at work, knew Innovance had the resources to help make this donation a reality. Rebuilt pieces include a leg raise/dip, flat bench, dumbbell rack and two sets of chairs. -- Submitted
