Congressman Tim Walz’s support for veterans is admirable, as is his endorsement by the NRA. However, do not let these manifest issues overshadow his affirmative votes on the convoluted health care bill, cap and trade and futile stimulus.

Were these go-along-to-get-along votes or does he actually believe in their content? Either way, his legislation is wrong for the 1st District.

A vote for Randy Demmer will be a vote for veterans, for the Second Amendment and for economic rejuvenation.
