Website reveals voting records

Last winter, we were taking in the daily news events. We became increasingly concerned at the unethical and disturbing antics of legislation in Washington and the way leadership seemed to disregard wishes from their conservative constituents. In our case, that means Tim Walz. We realized we needed to get involved to try and protect our constitutional rights as faithful Minnesota voters and American citizens. We had to get informed and find as much fact-based information as possible to do that. That’s when we found Eric Cantor You Cut.
Eric Cantor You Cut (republicanwhip.house.gov/youcut) is an instrumental website that enables every American a vote on one of five bills to be brought to the House of Representatives floor for weekly votes in Washington. You can review the five bills, vote for the bill you’d like to see win, helping the federal government cut spending and balance our federal budget. You’ll be notified which bill won the vote. Then click on Tim Walz’s name to see how he voted. There have been 11 bills voted on since May. Tim Walz has not voted once to cut federal spending, not once!
On Week 10, the winning bill two weeks ago was brought up for a vote: “Require Collection of Unpaid Taxes from Federal Employees” (a savings of $1 billion). You guessed it, Tim Walz voted no! The current speaker, Nancy Pelosi, is now considering raising taxes on American families and small businesses, many of which are already struggling to pay the bills. While she is talking about raising your taxes, more than 97,000 government employees haven’t even bothered to pay theirs — owing almost $1 billion in unpaid taxes! Unions strongly support Tim Walz! As you know, Tim Walz votes right in step with Nancy Pelosi. On his campaign trail, Walz claims to be a fiscal conservative and uses scare tactics to gather votes. Now he asks us to listen to him while he refused to listen to us. Go to Eric Cantor You Cut and see Tim Walz’s exposed voting record!
Minnesota’s 1st District needs Randy Demmer as our representative in Washington. Otherwise, you can be sure, if Tim Walz returns, he will raise our taxes in every way possible. He’ll help promote undesirable social issues and continue to turn his back on the voices of hard-working, tax-paying citizens of our district with no regrets. Tim Walz has forgotten that he works for us; we don’t work for him! Let’s remind Mr. Walz that voters really do have the last word and vote Walz out.
Randy Demmer is our choice for representation in the 1st District of Minnesota. He will give our district in Minnesota a reason to be proud of his representation in Washington. Won’t that be a nice, long overdue change from what we have now!
