Oct. 11 at Worth County Public Health Office from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Oct. 12 at Kensett City Hall from 9 to 10:30 a.m. and Manly Senior Center from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Oct. 13 at Grafton at Gobblers Roost from 9 to 11 a.m.
