Albert Lea Medical Center will offer a grief support series beginning Nov. 16 through Jan. 4, 2011.

The group will meet each Wednesday from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at Salem Lutheran Church, 115 N. Washington Ave., Albert Lea.

The series is open to any adult who has experienced a loss through death. This mutual-help group provides emotional support and shares practical help within a supportive environment to achieve a better understanding of the grief process.
