Funeral services for Keith LeRoy Davidson, 86, of Emmons, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Mansfield Lutheran Church. The Rev. Don Rose will officiate. Interment will be at the Lime Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday at Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service at the church. Keith died Monday, Nov. 8, 2010, at his home.

Keith was born on Sept. 26, 1924, to Albert and Mayme (Severtson) Davidson in Nevis. He grew up in Mansfield Township and was baptized and confirmed at Lime Creek Lutheran Church. Keith graduated from Kiester High School in 1941. On Oct. 30, 1949, Keith was united in marriage to Eilene Johnson in Albert Lea. He was presently a member of Mansfield Lutheran Church. Through the years Keith farmed and had served on the Lime Creek Church Council, Mansfield Township Board and the Kiester Elevator Board. He enjoyed playing cards, bowling and especially spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife, Eilene; children: Vicki (Joe) Duncan, Denise (Ken) Helland, Teresa Davidson and Dan (Tami) Davidson; grandchildren: Nicole Duncan, Matt (Alicia) Duncan, Chelsea Duncan and fiancé Tyler Dvorak, Tyler (Terri Jo) Helland, Kristen Helland and boyfriend Jesse Mitchell, Erik Helland, Sophie Davidson and fiancé Ronnie Castruita, Megan Davidson and Emily Davidson; great-grandchildren: Elizabeth Duncan, McCoy Helland and Mia Castruita; sister, Violet (Ken) Lien; and many nieces and nephews.

Keith was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Mayme Davidson; sisters: Rhyna Barnes, Myrtle Jacobson, Gladys Pritchett and Viola Turvold; and brothers: Clifford Davidson and Lloyd Davidson.
