More cars slide into the ditch, rollover on icy roads

Five instances of vehicle rollovers or vehicles going into the ditch were reported on Interstate 35 between mile marker 20 and 24.
According to Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office reports, the first took place when a semi went into the median at 6:27 a.m. Tuesday near mile marker 20.
The second took place at 8:35 p.m. Tuesday at mile marker 21 1/2 when a vehicle reportedly rolled over in the median.
The third was a rollover at 9:37 p.m. Tuesday at mile marker 24 on I-35.
The fourth happened at 2:23 a.m. today when a truck slid off the road into the northbound ditch at mile marker 21 1/2.
The fifth was at 3:58 a.m. today. A vehicle rollover was reported at mile marker 21.
There did not appear to be any injuries in these crashes.
A truck reportedly also went into the ditch on 890th Avenue in Oakland at 9:06 a.m. Tuesday.
Co-op broken into
A window was reported broken at the Hayward Co-Op at 8:27 a.m. Tuesday, according to Sheriff’s Office reports. The cabinets had reportedly been gone through.
Tires stolen
Tires were reportedly removed from a vehicle at Cars-N-Credit, 616 E. Main St. at 8:47 a.m. Tuesday, according to police reports.
Headlight damaged
A headlight was reported broken out of a car at 814 Madison Ave. at 8:06 a.m. Tuesday.
