ALYSA offering coach training session

First 10 to sign up will be reimbursed

The Albert Lea Youth Soccer Association in partnership with the Minnesota Youth Soccer Association is offering a coach training session Feb. 25-27 at the National Guard Armory in Albert Lea.

The session features E-License classes taught by Neil Cassidy, director of Rochester youth soccer and former coach of the Rochester Thunder.

The E-License is a course suitable for both beginning and experienced coaches who have not had training. Coaches will spend time in the class room and on the Armory’s gym floor developing training sessions. Coaches will also run at least part of one training session.

The cost is $150 and the first 10 people to register from Albert Lea will have their fee reimbursed after completing the course.
