The Lake Mills/Northwood-Kensett wrestling teams’ Spencer Capitani and Royce Byrnes are headed to the Iowa state wrestling tournament Wednesday at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines, Iowa.

Capitani, at 152 pounds and Byrnes, at 160 pounds, both advanced Saturday after placing second in their district.

Byrnes will wrestle Kyle Lux, of South Tama County in the first round Wednesday and Capitani will wrestle Dakotah Poe, of Albia.
