Child Care Resource and Referral Head Start is accepting applications for both the Head Start and Early Head Start. Early Head Start is a new program that serves pregnant women, infants and toddlers who live within the Albert Lea city limits. To qualify for Head Start children must be 3 or 4 years old and live in Freeborn County. Eligibility is also based on income and other criteria.
