Chad and Lisa Peterson, of Albert Lea, announce the birth of a daughter, Norah Ann Peterson, on Feb. 25, 2011, at Albert Lea Medical Center. Norah weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces and was 19 1/4 inches long. She joins a sister, Clair, 2.

Grandparents are Mark and Cindy Peterson, of Albert Lea, and Rich and Jeanne Herman, of Emmons. Great-grandparents are Leo and Phyllis Mattson, of Emmons, and Leona Herman, of Glenville.

Marcelino R. Talamantes and Gabrielle Reyes, of Alden, announce the birth of a daughter, Stormy Mila Talamantes, on Feb. 26, 2011, at Albert Lea Medical Center. Stormy weighed 6 pound, 5.8 ounces.
