He has been scheduled for a pre-trial hearing on June 3, with his jury trial scheduled to begin June 7.

Camerer faces a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison and a $40,000 fine if he is convicted of the first-degree criminal sexual conduct charges. A second-degree criminal sexual conduct charge carries a maximum penalty of 25 years in prison and a $35,000 fine.

According to reports, Camerer spoke with authorities on May 12 about the allegations, at which time he “stated no admission of having contact or sexual intercourse … and did not know why they would say that he had had sexual contact and sexual intercourse with them.”
