Freeborn County Wellness Workshop and Albert Lea Community Education are holding a seminar Tuesday about how adults can help their parents through difficult transitions.

The seminar is called “Bridging the Transition Gap: Helping Adult Children and Their Parents.” The presenter is Bernie Saunders, the founder of the Center for Living Art and an author, artist and consultant. He has worked for 40 years in the field of human development.

The program is geared for anyone addressing issues and concerns with aging parents.

The seminar is from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Christ Episcopal Church in Albert Lea. The fee to attend is $15
