5-run 4th powers Rebels past Loyola

WELLS — The United South Central Rebels softball team used a five-run fourth inning Monday to beat Mankato Loyola 11-4 in Wells.

Rebels pitcher Ali Ramsley allowed two earned runs over seven innings and struck out five batters.

Tayla Sunde went 3-for-4 for the Rebels, Ramsley went 2-for-3 and Whitney Adams went 2-for-3 with three runs scored.

The Rebels play again Thursday at Medford.
