On May 2, I had the misfortune to break down on Interstate 35 south of Albert Lea. Lucky for me and my wife we had the good luck to contact a company like Motor Inn.

We have a GMC dually pulling a 40-foot fifth-wheel that had wheel problems. Motor Inn Co. made arrangements to tow us to them, then parked our fifth-wheel next to their building and ran an electrical cord to us for heat as we could stay overnight while they worked on our truck.

They also gave us a loaner car to use to get supper and breakfast because they had to fix the truck the next day.

I can’t say enough good stuff about David the service manager and his crew of mechanics and even the cashier.

If I ever break down again, I hope it’s near Albert Lea.
