No one asked questions

In an April 25 letter to the editor, the author stated that the three Minnesota representatives — Rich Murray, Pat Garofalo and Branden Petersen — lied during the town hall meeting. The writer said the Republicans have a plan to destroy public education and replace it with a privatized school system.

During the meeting, the audience could submit written questions. Not one question was raised about destroying public education. If it was such an issue, why didn’t anyone ask so the representatives could give their answers for all to hear?

Thank you to our three Minnesota representatives for the informative and appreciated town hall meeting.
