The Freeborn County Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party Picnic takes place next Saturday.

The picnic is set for 4 to 7 p.m. at the shelter at Edgewater Park. The picnic will offer brats, potato salad, potato chips, beans, sauerkraut, dessert bars and punch. There is no cost, but donations will be accepted. A news release says DFL legislators will talk about the recent session.
