Wow! The end of another school year! Where has the time gone? It seems like just yesterday that we were sending them off to start another year.

My children attend Halverson Elementary School. I was so upset when I found out about somebody’s bright idea to disrupt a really awesome team! Shuffling teachers around to different schools is not going to change the testing demographics of any school. The teachers and staff at Halverson are one of a kind. They are truly devoted to their kids and go above and beyond. When things get tough, they keep going. They don’t go to other school districts and try to jump ship!

People need to remember that education needs to start at home; teachers cannot be expected to do it all. I will truly miss working with the Halverson team. You guys are awesome. Have a great summer!
