Albert Lea’s new City Manager Chad Adams will begin today in the position.

Adams comes to Albert Lea from Medina, where he previously served as city administrator.

“We are very excited about the opportunity to work with Chad,” said Albert Lea Mayor Vern Rasmussen. “Not only does he bring experience, he also brings integrity to the position. We are looking forward to a future with him as Albert Lea’s leader.”

Adams, who grew up in Janesville, said he and his family are excited to be moving to Albert Lea.
