Thank you for supporting our Green Sneakers project at the Area Learning Center this year. We collected 506 pounds of used tennis shoes to be cleaned and given to Third World countries. We couldn’t have done it without all your contributions. It also helped our school earn money for field trips. Hawthorne Elementary School collected more than 60 pounds of shoes, or 160 pairs! Thanks to Annie Matson for helping with the collection!
