Cassandra Slater, 18, and Jake Nelson, 18, were cited for possession of drug paraphernalia after police received a call of people fighting in the parking lot of 122 Bridge Ave. at 11:02 p.m. Thursday. Nelson was also cited for possession of marijuana.
