On Thursday, the Jay C. Hormel Nature Center will be hosting another Summer Senior Special. Al Batt, a storyteller from Hartland, will share his experiences. Al is not only a master storyteller, but also a writer, humorist and birder whose stories and writings have been featured in many magazines and newspapers as well as the radio. The program begins at 9 a.m. with refreshments and is followed by 45 minute trail rides that begin at 9:30 a.m. and 10:15 a.m..
