Art Center to hold lecture on woodworking and cabinet making

Jim Finseth, master cabinet maker and woodworker is the featured lecturer at the Albert Lea Art Center from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Finseth will discuss his more than 30 year artistic career working with wood. Admission is free and open to the public.
Albert Lea Art Center’s lecture series showcases local and visiting artists and craftsmen, and include painters, woodworkers, musicians, poets, potters, storytellers, jewelry artists, sculptors and more.

Art center hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Tuesday through Friday. Art shop and gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.
