The Austin Big Band will be heading to the Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake, Iowa, to make their debut Sunday. The band will be playing from 6 to 10 p.m. and tickets are just $10. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.

The Austin Big Band has been performing throughout the southern Minnesota area for the past 16 years and has most recently performed at the Paramount Theater in Austin. The Austin Big Band is made up of 17 musicians from the southern Minnesota and northern Iowa area. The band plays many big band hits of yesterday and today and can be seen throughout the southern Minneosta area on a regular basis. The band is available for private parties, weddings and corporate functions.
