A computer was reported stolen from a residence at 1828 Lakewood Ave. at 6:34 p.m. Sunday after a burglar broke in, according to reports.

Two arrested for DWI

Police arrested Douglas Fenny, 41, for third-degree driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at 9:57 p.m. Saturday, according to police reports. Police had received notice of Fenny coming through the area from authorities in Steele County.

Police arrested Roxanne Gallardo, 26, for second-degree driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop over the weekend near the transition of Garfield Avenue to Front Street. She was also arrested for no Minnesota driver’s license and no insurance.

Man arrested after foot chase

Police arrested Thomas Edward Kinder, 47, after a foot pursuit that ended at 701 Water St. Police were reportedly executing a warrant for driving after revocation when Kinder took off running.

Burglary interrupted

A residential burglary on 785th Avenue south of Albert Lea was interrupted Friday night after the residents of the house came home and found the attempted burglars.
