Dale and Lori Overland, of Albert Lea, announce the engagement of their son, Jon Overland, to Jenna Braun, daughter of Bob and Laurie Braun, of Faribault.

Grandparents of Jon are Angie Overland, of Twin Lakes, and Tootie Matz, of Hayward. Grandparents of Jenna are Melva Ochs and Candy Braun, both of Faribault.

Jon is a 2004 Albert Lea High School graduate and a 2008 Minnesota State University, Mankato graduate in construction management. He is employed at Pro-Fabrication, Madison Lake.

Jenna is a 2003 Faribault High School graduate and a 2008 graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato graduate in communications and business. She employed at MTU Onsite Energy in Mankato.

A wedding is planned for Oct. 8 in Faribault.
