Freeborn County Department of Human Services is offering the training series of pre-service training for persons interested in becoming foster, adoptive or kinship parents. The first module, “Overview of Resource Family Care,” will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Sept. 13, at the Freeborn County Court House. Anyone interested in learning more about becoming a provider is asked to contact Pam Watson at 377-5469.
