A new slate of officers were elected to the Independent Community Bankers of Minnesota Executive Committee during the 2011 Annual Convention. Nancy Skophammer, President/CEO of Farmers State Bank of Hartland, was elected ICBM’s new chairwoman. She takes the place of MinnStar Bank President Steve Olson, who now holds the position of past chair.
