MINNEAPOLIS — The Interstate 35-W bridge in Minneapolis will show its patriotic colors to mark the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation says it will light the bridge in red, white and blue on Sunday.
MnDOT Commissioner Tom Sorel said the display is intended to honor the memory of the men and women who died that day.
The underpass of the Mississippi River bridge will be lighted from Sunday evening to early Monday.
