CLEVELAND — Authorities in southern Minnesota have caught a 31-year-old man wanted in the killings of his girlfriend and her three children in Florida.
Le Sueur County Sheriff Tom Doherty says Henry Segura was arrested without incident as he was leaving his home for work Friday morning.
Investigators had been watching Segura for a couple days since U.S. marshals and Tallahassee police learned he was living in Le Sueur County.
Segura has been working for about a month as a welder for Unimin, one of the nation’s largest sand producers.
He was charged Thursday in the killings last November of his 27-year-old girlfriend, Brandi Peters; her 6-year-old twin girls, Tamiyah and Taniyah, and 3-year-old Javante, a boy whom Segura fathered.
