Ronald Wilkes, of Glenville, won $17,777 by playing the Lottery’s Lucky Red 7’s scratch game. Wilkes claimed the prize on Aug. 25. The winning ticket was purchased at Nielsen’s Go-Pher Stop North, 3598 W. Highway 30, Ellendale.
