The Friends of the Albert Lea Public Library invite the public to a program by Minnesota author Cary J. Griffith at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, at Council Chambers. The annual Friends of the Albert Lea Public library meeting will be held prior to the program. Refreshments will be served. Free to members and non-members can purchase a $5 membership at the door.
