Singer, songwriter, country music sensation and Albert Lea native, Jim Anthony (you may know him as Jim Komoszewski) comes home for his latest album release. Anthony was born and raised in his hometown of Albert Lea. Though his travels have brought him all across the country, he has never strayed far from his roots. “Good To Be Me,” Anthony’s new CD, has just rolled out of production and is ready for his fans to experience and enjoy. When asked about the homecoming release concert in celebration of his fifth recording, Anthony said, “I can’t wait to share my latest project with the family, friends and loyal fans who provided the inspiration for the music on this album.”
Anthony’s award-winning singing and songwriting has earned him several honors including: CMT Music City Madness finalist, recipient of the Honor Award from the Great American Songwriting Contest, and multiple Billboard world songwriting contest awards, among others.
Trail’s Travel Center in Albert Lea is proud to host this CD release-concert on Oct. 8 with two shows starting at 7 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 8.
