Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies cited Tobey Lee Masso for burning prohibited materials at 6:54 p.m. Wednesday on state Highway 13 near the intersection of Freeborn County Road 25.

Woman cited for shoplifting

Police cited Emily Anne Caron for shoplifting from Shopko, 2610 Bridge Ave., at 5:03 p.m. Thursday, according to reports.

Items taken out of vehicle

Items were reported taken out of a vehicle at 6:32 p.m. Thursday at 825 W. Clark St., according to police. The vehicle was reportedly broken into sometime Wednesday night.
