Following a court ruling largely in its favor, the Albert Lea Art Center needs a new home.

The city government of Albert Lea owns the Freeborn National Bank and the Jacobson buildings downtown. It needs tenants, and first-floor space is available.

Hmm. Perhaps these two could find some mutually beneficial arrangement.
