Six people were charged with fifth-degree possession of methamphetamine after officers from the Albert Lea Police Department and deputies from the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office assisted probation officers while performing home visit checks Friday.

David Michael Hurst, 42, Thomas Edward Lawson, 46, Lavern Otto Alt, 47, Wendy Jean Woodson, 50, Chad Alan Roberts, 44, and Jason Alan Roe, 34, all received the same fifth-degree charge after they were arrested in Albert Lea.

 

Thefts reported

Lottery tickets were reported stolen from Super America, 23087 Highway 13, at 2:23 p.m. Monday, according to reports.

A vehicle was reported gone through and a satellite radio stolen around 8 a.m. Monday at 30877 Highway 13 near Hartland.
