Roger Dean Oakland, 58, formerly of Rochester and Albert Lea and currently residing at the Lewiston Villa in Lewiston, died Thursday, Feb. 16, 2012, at Winona Health. There will be no services held at this time, and Hoff Funeral & Cremation Service of Lewiston is assisting th efamily with arrangements.
