Carol Colstrup Arena dedicated

The second arena at the Albert Lea City Arena was dedicated to Carol Colstrup on Monday. Colstrup was a founding member of the Albert Lea Figure Skating Club and has been an instructor for more than 50 years. -- Brandi Hagen
