The Albert Lea Education Association will be holding its retirement banquet at the Wedgewood Cove Golf Club in Albert Lea on April 26.

Teachers being honored at the banquet are Dawn Berg, Bev Loos, Jim Munyer and Carolyn Nolan The banquet begins with a reception at 5 p.m. followed by a dinner and program at 6 p.m.

Tickets can be purchased by former teachers and their guests for $23 by calling the ALEA office in the Professional Building, 216 E. Main St., Albert Lea, at 373-6369 or Paul Larson at 377-1274 or from a building director in each building. Building directors are Carol Bosnia at Brookside Education Center, Erin Johnson at Southwest Middle School, Mindy Kruger or Terry Gyersvik at Albert Lea High School, Amber Yost at Halverson Elementary, Kris Burnett at Hawthorne Elementary, Laurie Herman at Lakeview Elementary and Linda Hullopeter at Sibley Elementary. Tickets need to be purchased by April 16.
