Traveling along on Interstate 90, my husband became very sick and drove into Albert Lea needing help. We had never been in your city, but found it most helpful and friendly.

Our sincere thanks to officer Bob Etheridge, who went above and beyond to assist us, take care of our needs, and even a follow-up call days later to see how my husband was doing. Also, our thanks to the staff at the hospital who were most gracious and helpful in our time of need.

We left your city thanking God for the kind, helpful people who are working for you and for “just passing through on the interstate” people like us. We hope you appreciate them as much as we do.
