ALHS grad was honored for service with Girl Scouts

Dr. Joan Krikava was one of the Girl Scout alumnae honored at the Centennial Awards Gala on April 21 at the Minneapolis Convention Center. Krikava is the daughter of Marie and Alton Krikava of Glenville. She is a 1972 graduate of Albert Lea High School.

Krikava was recognized in the “Forever Green” category for alumnae who have demonstrated outstanding commitment, exceptional service and extraordinary dedication to the Girl Scout Movement. They are alumnae whose leadership, initiative and energy have strengthened Girl Scouting and made a significant contribution to the mission. They exemplify the true spirit of Girl Scouts.
