The Dakota, Minnesota & Eastern Railroad, a subsidiary of the Canadian Pacific, will replace three of its crossings just north of Front Street at Washington Avenue, Pearl Street and Euclid Avenue. These streets will be closed from Wednesday to Friday of this week to complete the work.
