Betty Jo Arnett, a registered dental hygienist, classical homeopath the author of “Whole-istic Dentistry: Balancing Conventional Dental Care with Ancient Wisdom,” will be speaking and discussing dental controversies and what you need to know to get more holistic care from your conventional dentist from 9:30 a.m. to noon Saturday at Christ Episcopal Church. The event is sponsored by Freeborn County Wellness Workshop and Albert Lea Community Eduction. There is a $19 fee.

Arnett will hold a book signing from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Book World at the Northbridge Mall.
