Local contractor honored by Butler Manufacturing

Larson Contracting Central LLC, a general contracting company located in Lake Mills, Iowa, has been named High Performance Builder by Butler Manufacturing, a division of BlueScope Buildings North America, Inc., the world leader in the development and manufacture of metal building systems.

The designation is awarded to Butler Builders that meet or exceed annual trade area goals as well as demonstrate superior marketing skills in the sale of Butler building and roof systems. Only 160 of these awards were presented nationally from a network of approximately 1,100 Butler Builders worldwide.

Larson Contracting was established in 1977 and has been marketing and building Butler buildings since 1986. Some current local projects built are Arnolds Inc., Alden; Ventura Foods, Albert Lea; Landfill of North Iowa, Clear Lake, Iowa; Stellar Industries, Garner, Iowa; Lou Rich, Albert Lea; and Midwest Pipe, Clear Lake, Iowa.
