A gold 1998 Saturn four-door car was reported taken from a gas station at 701 S. Broadway Ave. at 7:56 p.m. Sunday, according to reports. Reports indicated the car was last seen northbound on Broadway Avenue.

 

Man arrested for DWI, violations

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Dustin Joseph Burshem for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated, underage drinking and driving, careless driving and underage possession of alcohol after a vehicle was reportedly found in the ditch on 310th Street near the intersection with 762nd Avenue at 8:30 a.m. Saturday. No one was around the vehicle when it was found, but Burshem was found at his home just after noon.

 

Two cited for underage drinking

Ethan Michael Severtson was cited for underage drinking and driving after a traffic stop at 11:57 p.m. Saturday on 772nd Avenue, south of Freeborn County Road 13, according to reports.

Police cited Jared Michael Berning, 19, for underage drinking at 300 Johnson St. at 11:05 p.m. Friday, according to reports.

 

Vehicle reported damaged

Two women reportedly smashed a vehicle with a baseball bat at 702 Clausen Ave. at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, according to police. The incident was reported at 8:58 a.m.
