BECKER — After a tough start to their first state golf experience, United South Central’s Kyley Bullerman and Veronica Schindler cut strokes away from their scores on the second day of the Minnesota State High School League Class A state golf tournament at Pebble Creek Golf Club.

Bullerman shot a 92, 17 strokes less on Wednesday than she did Tuesday. Schindler also shot a 92, which was a seven-stroke improvement from Tuesday.

According to Rebels head coach Brad Huse, Wednesday was one of the girls’ best rounds of golf.
