Jordan Claussen and Matthew Nelson announce their engagement.

Jordon is the daughter of David and Dawn Claussen of Glenville. Grandparents are Dar Claussen of Glenville and Lowell and Marcella Nelson of Glenville.

Matthew is the son of Joel and Barbara Nelson of Mabel. Grandparents are Charolette Nelson of Lanesboro and Fred and Helen (Kuhn) Williams of Mabel.

Jordan is a graduate of Glenville-Emmons High School and South Dakota State University with majors in biology and secondary education. Matthew is a graduate of Mabel-Canton High School and South Dakota State University with a major in general agriculture. He is farming in rural Harmony.

A wedding is planned for June 9 in Mabel.
