Spencer Adam Edwards, 22, was cited for possessing a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia during a traffic stop at 11:49 p.m. Friday near South Broadway Avenue and East Fourth Street in Albert Lea, according to police reports.

 

2 men cited for DWI

Chad Albert Hacker, 39, was arrested for a DWI during a traffic stop at South Broadway Avenue and East Pearl Street in Albert Lea shortly before 1 a.m. Saturday. He was cited for a fourth-degree DWI, according to reports.

Joshua Daniel Harmdierks, 34, was cited for third-degree test refusal and fourth-degree DWI after a traffic crash on state Highway 13 at 2:17 a.m. Sunday on the west side of Albert Lea. No one was injured in the crash, according to the Albert Lea Police Department.

 

Couple arrested for criminal damage

Nathan Eugene Carter, 26, was cited for third-degree DWI and criminal damage to property after he and Brooke Freeman Nodtvedt, 23, allegedly broke a window at 232 S. Washington Ave. at 3:12 a.m. Saturday. Nodtvedt was also arrested for criminal damage, a felony.

 

2 men cited for drug violations

Jacob Alan Gardner, 25, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia at 10:27 p.m. Saturday, and Alexander J. Mitchell, 24, was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana, according to reports.
