Captain’s practice for the Albert Lea High School girls’ soccer team is scheduled for July 30 to Aug. 3 and Aug. 6-10.

The practice will take place at Hammer Field and is for girls in grades 7-12.

The practices will be two hours long beginning at 8 a.m.

Participants should bring their own cleats, shin guards, running shoes and water to drink.
